We offer a fascinating evening where you will discover unique recipes for refined chocolate, such as caramel infused chocolate with smoked Gouda cheese – a total delight!
In teams of 6 or more, you will savour a selection of chocolates accompanied by a variety of foods and beverages delightedly compatible. Danièle Lefebvre, innovator of these harmonious pairings, will guide you through a night of yet undiscovered gastronomic pleasures.
Daring to think outside the box, you will learn to identify good quality chocolate and to pair it adequately. No question, we bring the party! All you will have to provide is a little space in your home; we will take care of the rest. Length will of course depend on the fun you have and your curiosity as chocolate contains many secrets waiting to be revealed.
