Team Building
Interactive workshops centered around chocolate, Trucs et Truffes Chocolaterie’s Team Building is a pleasurable activity favouring the development of communication skills and personal achievement. Your challenge: the construction of the tallest chocolate structure. Lead by Danièle Lefebvre, entrepreneur, psychologist, career counsellor and chocolatière, you will learn more about chocolate and team work – leaving with your head full of ideas and a belly full of chocolate!
There is nothing better than chocolate to diminish susceptibility and inhibitions.
The chocolate challenge may be preceded by a personalized conference and is always followed by Danièle’s feedback to help your team evolve. The pre-conference is a good introduction to make people aware of a behaviour they may want to modify, Topics may vary: communication, motivation, adaptation, etc... Psychometrics is also available for an in-depth analysis of the exercise. Closing comments will be shared in a spontaneous atmosphere wrapped in laughter as chocolate is a natural antidepressant containing theobromine. Simply fun!
